RAKTOOM AS was established in 1991. We started business activity in February, 1992. At the beginning our trade name was Toom AS, but in 1996 with the decision of the sole shareholder we are operating under the name Raktoom AS.

The founder, sole owner and CEO is Meelis Toom. During our 25 years in business we have found our place in local market and have developed strong business relationships all over the country. Currently we are renting out machinery (cars, tractors, loaders, trailers, excavators, road maintenance machinery etc) and selling building material (sand, salt, gravel, sieved soil etc).

In 2017 RAKTOOM started selling Multihog tractors in Estonia.
